China pp non-woven fabrics are also called non-woven fabrics. There are several kinds of raw materials for the production of non-woven fabrics. Currently commonly used are:
- Polypropylene (PP)
- Polyester (PET)
- Nylon (PA)
- Viscose fiber
- Acrylic fibres
- Polyethylene (HDPE)
- Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
- Degradable such as polylactic acid (PLA)
Whether it is degradable is also mainly determined by the raw materials used. The forming of the non-woven fabric itself is a purely physical process. The degradability of the material determines the degradable nature of the produced material.
Use of non-woven fabrics:
- Use in medical and sanitary industries: diapers, sanitary napkins
- Surgical gowns
This type of usage is also currently relatively high in the market, and it is also the most demanding. Other in wallpaper, car interior, clothing lining, handbag and so on.
The current China PP non-woven production process is:
- Cheng Net
- to wind
After treatment has become what we call non-woven fabrics. A large roll of cloth that is then rewound with a winder. The subsequent process is based on customer demand again unwinding slitting for the customer required width of the small volume. They are then packaged into a large bundle and shipped to customers.
The same for diapers, we provide non-woven fabric is only as one of the small components, diapers have many layers of composition, we provide non-woven material is one of its layer or several layers. At present, the PP non-woven fabric is made without adding degradable components.
